These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of adelpro.com and any website-based inquiry, service-request, account, or customer-portal feature offered by Advanced Electrical Protection, also known as Adelpro (“Adelpro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. Separate written estimates, proposals, work orders, invoices, warranties, or agreements may contain additional terms governing electrical services and will control if they conflict with these website Terms.
1. Website Information
The website provides general information about electrical services in Los Angeles County and Orange County. Content, calculators, examples, and automated messages are informational only and are not electrical, engineering, code, safety, or legal advice. Website information is not a substitute for an on-site evaluation by a qualified professional or for guidance from the authority having jurisdiction.
2. Requests, Appointments, and Emergencies
Submitting a form, selecting a preferred date, or receiving an automated confirmation only confirms receipt. It does not guarantee availability, create an appointment, promise dispatch or response time, or require Adelpro to accept a project. An appointment exists only after direct confirmation by an authorized Adelpro representative.
Adelpro's emergency dispatch is available 24/7, while regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. The website and online forms are not emergency-response services and may not be monitored continuously. For fire, smoke, injury, downed power lines, or immediate danger, leave the area if appropriate and call 911 or the relevant utility emergency line. Do not rely on an online request for urgent safety assistance. You may call Adelpro at (818) 815-7755, but no response or arrival time is guaranteed unless separately confirmed.
3. Quotes, Estimates, and Scope of Work
Website descriptions and preliminary communications are not binding quotes unless clearly identified as such in writing. Estimates may depend on site conditions, access, permits, utility requirements, material availability, code requirements, concealed conditions, and changes requested or discovered during work. The final scope, price, schedule, exclusions, and warranty terms will be stated in the applicable written proposal, work order, or other service agreement.
4. Invoices and Payments
Payment amounts, due dates, deposits, cancellation terms, accepted methods, and any lawful fees will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement. If online payment is offered, it may be processed by a third-party payment provider under that provider’s terms and privacy notice. Adelpro may add, change, or discontinue payment methods. Nothing on this website changes payment obligations in an executed service agreement or issued invoice.
5. Customer Accounts and Portal
If Adelpro offers accounts or a customer portal, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials, restricting access to your device, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. You may not access another person’s account or use a portal for any unauthorized purpose. We may suspend access as reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, suspected misuse, or compliance reasons.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- submit false, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or misleading requests;
- interfere with the website, bypass security, probe systems without authorization, introduce malicious code, scrape at unreasonable volume, or disrupt other users;
- impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorized to provide;
- copy, republish, or commercially exploit website content except as permitted by law or with written permission; or
- use website information to attempt electrical work beyond your qualifications or contrary to applicable safety requirements.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may rely on or link to third-party hosting, database, email, scheduling, analytics, mapping, social-media, payment, or other services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their separate content, availability, security, or terms. Your use of them may be governed by their own policies.
8. Intellectual Property
The Adelpro name, branding, logo, website design, text, graphics, and other content are owned by Adelpro or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. Limited personal, noncommercial viewing of the website does not transfer any ownership rights.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every purpose. We do not guarantee outcomes based on general website information, preliminary communications, or estimator results. Certain warranties or rights cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms excludes them.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Adelpro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on general website content. These limitations apply only to website use and do not replace any rights, remedies, insurance obligations, or liability terms applicable to electrical work under a separate service agreement or non-waivable law.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through the website may be handled and is incorporated into these Terms.
12. Changes, Suspension, and Governing Law
We may update the website and these Terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. We may restrict or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning only these website Terms will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in California, unless applicable law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise.
13. Contact
