For fire, smoke, injury, downed power lines, or immediate danger, leave the area if appropriate and call 911 or the utility first. Do not enter water near energized equipment and do not touch a fallen line.
Information that helps dispatch
- The service address and county.
- A safe callback number.
- What you observed and when it started.
- Whether the issue affects part or all of the property.
- Any smoke, odor, buzzing, sparks, heat, water, or visible damage.
Dispatch availability does not promise a particular arrival time. Conditions, location, access, and crew availability can affect response.
